    I will advertise your property via social media, online platforms, and other traditional methods.

  • Showings

    I will handle inquiries, set appointments, and schedule showings of your home.

  • Negotiations

    Once an offer is received I'll help you negotiate the best price, terms, contingencies, and closing time lines.

  • Closing Process

    Once an offer is accepted I will guide you through the closing process; which includes various paperwork, inspections, appraisals, and finalizing the sale.

  • Closing Day

    You will sign the necessary documents to transfer ownership of the property to the buyer. I will be there to ensure a smooth closing and to assist with any last minute issues.
