Together, we'll find your dream home!

I've put together a few resources to help you get started, take a look and make notes of any questions. And, when you're ready, let me know using the form below, and we'll get started!

  • Prequalification

I know it's tempting to jump right in and start searching, and that's fine. But, it helps if you know where to look.

Getting prequalified not only gives you a budget to work with, it'll help to speed the process when it's time to make an offer. An offer on a house from a home buyer with approved funding carries a lot more weight than an offer from someone who doesn't know if they can get the loan.

  • Find your new neighborhood

Now that you've got a number to work with, we can narrow our search down to a specific area. Whether it's a specific street, or the middle of nowhere, having an idea about the community you want to join will make finding your new home easier.

    Think about things like:

    • What is there to do nearby?
    • What school zone do you want to put the kids in?
    • Do you want a water system or well water?
    • How close are your neighbors?
    • How much yard can you manage?
    • Do you want room for pets?

The list goes on and on, but at the end of the day, it's about finding what's right for you.

  • Viewing Homes

Once we find the properties you're interested in; I will schedule appointments and accompany you to the viewings.

My job is to point out both the positive aspects and also the concerns with each property we view.

  • Making an Offer

Once we find, The One, I will negotiate on your behalf to ensure your best interests are protected.

  • Problem Solving

Sometimes issues arise during the Home Buying process. Things like title problems, appraisal issues, repair issues, inspection issues, timelines and deadlines and much more can cause buyers stress during the process.

It's my job to help you navigate these issues and find solutions with you!

  • Closing

I will work through the entire closing process to sensure all steps are completed on time. I'll schedule the "Final Walk Through" before closing to ensure everything is in order for you.

Together, we'll make sure everything is ready!

  • Congratulations

And arguably, the most important step, Contratulations!

My job is to use my expertise, experience and support to makme the home buying process smooth and less stressful while helping you find the right home at the best possible price.

I've help hundreds of indivuduals and families find their home, and it's always as exciting as the first time when the keys are finally in their hands.

I love seeing the happiness and joy that comes with home ownership, and I can't wait to help you experience it as well!

  • After the Sale

What most of my clients find that sets me apart is my committment to them after the sale.

Many Realtors don't see this as an important part of the process, but I understand the trust you've placed in me to help with one of the most important events in your life, and I don't take it lightly.

I will always be available to provide assistance with any and all concerns you may have!
